When to Book

Your newborn session is best reserved during your second trimester to ensure availability around your estimated due date. Since babies arrive on their own schedule, your session date will be finalized after your little one is born. Simply contact me within 24–48 hours of delivery, and we'll schedule your session accordingly.

What's Included

Every newborn collection includes a pre-session consultation, professional photography, expert newborn posing, artistic hand-editing, high-resolution digital images, and a private online gallery for viewing and downloading your final images.

Please note that unedited RAW images are not released.

Book Now

To reserve your session, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of your session. Following your session, we'll reserve an additional 10 minutes to review your images together, giving you the opportunity to make your favorites selections on the spot. If additional time is needed or you're unable to complete your selections during your appointment, a private proof gallery will be delivered within 3 business days. Once your final image selections have been received, your professionally edited gallery will be delivered within 7–14 business days. Additional digital images, professional prints, and heirloom products are available for purchase.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY NEWBORN SESSION?

I recommend booking during your second or third trimester to ensure availability. Your session date will be tentatively reserved based on your due date and finalized once baby arrives.

WHAT IS THE BEST AGE FOR NEWBORN PHOTOS?

The ideal time for newborn portraits is within the first 5-21 days after birth, when babies are typically sleepier and easier to pose.

HOW LONG DOES A NEWBORN SESSION LAST?

Newborn sessions typically last between 1.5-3 hours to allow time for feeding, soothing, diaper changes, and posing.

WHAT SHOULD MY BABY WEAR? & DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS?

Most newborns are photographed wrapped, in simple outfits, or with carefully selected props. I provide wraps, blankets, headbands, hats, and posing accessories. A variety of wraps, blankets, baskets, headbands, hats, and newborn props are available for use during your session.

WHAT IF MY BABY IS FUSSY?

No worries! Newborn sessions are completely baby led. We allow plenty of time for feeding, cuddling, and comforting your little one throughout the session.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY BABYE FOR THE SESSION?

Try to keep baby awake for a short period before the session if possible and feed baby right before we begin. A full, sleepy baby usually helps create a smoother session.

WHAT IF MY BABY ARRIVES EARLY OR LATE?

That's completely normal! Once baby arrives, simply contact me and we'll adjust your session date accordingly.
