When to Book

For the best experience, we recommend booking your maternity session during your second trimester, with portraits typically scheduled between 29–34 weeks, when your baby bump is beautifully defined and you're still feeling comfortable.

Every maternity collection includes a pre-session consultation, professional photography, expert posing and guidance, artistic hand-editing, high-resolution digital images, and a private online gallery for viewing and downloading your final images.


Please note that unedited RAW images are not released.

To reserve your session, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of your session. Following your session, we'll reserve an additional 10 minutes to review your images together, giving you the opportunity to make your favorites selections on the spot. If additional time is needed or you're unable to complete your selections during your appointment, a private proof gallery will be delivered within 3 business days. Once your final image selections have been received, your professionally edited gallery will be delivered within 7–14 business days. Additional digital images, professional prints, and heirloom products are available for purchase.

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY MATERNITY SESSION?

Maternity sessions are best scheduled between 29–34 weeks of pregnancy. During this time, your baby bump is beautifully visible while you’re still generally comfortable enough for posing and movement.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Flowing dresses, fitted gowns, bodysuits, jeans with a simple top, or any outfit that makes you feel confident are great options. Neutral colors and solid tones photograph beautifully. A style guide can be provided upon booking.

DO YOU PROVIDE MATERNITY GOWNS?

If gowns are available, they can be selected during your consultation. Clients are also welcome to bring their own outfits.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

If you need to reschedule please notify me as soon as possible. Rescheduling policies are outlined in your booking agreement.

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF MY OUTDOOR SESSION?

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost due to unsafe weather conditions. Please note that all rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

CAN I BRING PROPS?

Yes of course! Ultrasound photos, baby shoes, name signs, blankets and other meaningful items are welcome.

CAN I BOOK A NEWBORN SESSION AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes! Many expecting mothers choose our Maternity & Newborn Bundle. Not only does this package help ensure availability once your baby arrives, but it also provides a $135 savings compared to booking each session separately. This allows us to beautifully document both your pregnancy journey and your baby's first days while offering the best value for your investment.
